I'm part of a small book club with a bunch of friends. If you'd like to join us you're welcome to! We'd love to have you. We meet the last Wednesday of each month (except for July, August and December). Email me if you'd like to join us!

Why be part of a book club?

  1. Admit it. You really should read more.
  2. You want to be a good example to your kids.
  3. Who doesn't need a night out?
  4. Discussing books is fun!
  5. You learn to appreciate something about a book you might not have otherwise.
  6. Food!
  7. Discover new genres and authors.
  8. Good conversations.
  9. You have committed to read the book before you see the movie.
  10. Meet people like you.
  11. Expand your world. Meet people who are not like you!
  12. Stretch your reading muscles
  13. Read something you would have never read otherwise.
  14. Have something in common with a great group of people.
  15. Learn something new.
  16. Enjoy a book you loved in high school.
  17. You didn't quite finish the book but want to discuss it with someone anyway!
  18.  Books will give you great ideas! We read The Christmas Cookie Club and guess what...we have our own cookie club spin off brewing!
  19.  You look smarter if you carry a book around :)
